I started on May 10th of this year and what made me so interested was that it was just a few minutes of my time once a week.  I’ve seen a 240% increase in strength and I’ve noticed that I have more muscle tone in my legs and in my arms and I’m stronger.

There are things I used to not be able to do at work that I can do now; that I used to have to ask a man to do, but now I can do it.

It’s very easy to come over after work and spend 5 minutes warming up and a few more minutes working out and then leaving – so maybe 15 minutes out of my time in a week.  Again, this fits into my lifestyle very easily.  I see lots of muscle tone, I feel more strength; it’s just a very easy system to use.
